Where do I get my lodge key?

All of our lodges have a key safe box attached to the side of the entrance door. 

A week before your booking you will be emailed information containing the code for the key safe to your lodge.

What do I do with my key when I leave?

All keys need to be left in the lodge key safe box upon departure. 

​

What do I do with my waste?

All waste should be left on the decking ready for cleaners to collect on the day of your departure.

What is the minimum length I can stay?

You can stay for a minimum 3 night stay in any of our lodges. 

​

What is the maximum length I can stay?

You can make a booking on our website for a maximum of 14 days, however should you need a longer stay please call us 01756 747 100 to discuss your requirements. 

​

Do I need to bring to linen and towels?

No all linen and towels are included in your stay. 

​

What if I leave something behind?

Please call us as soon as you realise you have left something behind following your stay.

Can I bring my dog?

We have one dog friendly lodge which is Wren.

We only allow one dog per booking. 

We charge £50 per stay for a dog.

What time is check in/check out at Milton Park?

Check in time is after 3pm

Check out is by 10am
